If your personal information appears in our database and you want it removed, we will do it. No fees, no delays, no questions asked about why you want it gone.
The blocklist means that when we import new datasets in the future, your addresses are automatically skipped. You only need to ask once.
Our database contains contact records aggregated from publicly available and third-party sources — names, phone numbers, and addresses associated with email addresses. We do not hold passwords, financial data, government ID numbers, or health records.
Not every email address will have records. If we don't have anything on you, we'll tell you that too.
We process removal requests manually. Most requests are completed within 48 hours. We'll email you when it's done.
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or California, you have the right to access, correct, and delete personal data we hold about you. The process above covers all of these rights. Email us and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
We apply the same procedure regardless of where you are located. You do not need to cite a specific law or regulation to get your data removed — wherever you are, the answer is the same: email us, we search, we delete, we confirm.
